Menu Highlights
Salads
Mexican Chicken Salad
Marinated, broiled chicken breast on fresh mixed greens with green pepper vinaigrette topped with cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro lime sauce.
Soba Salad
This cold pasta salad is a favorite with tender smoked turkey breast, tossed with cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, green onions, cilantro lime sauce, green pepper vinaigrette and topped with polenta croutons.
Burgers & Sandwiches
Avalanche Burger
Grilled 1/2 lb. patty topped with black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, topped with pepper jack cheese and cilantro lime sauce.
Chicken Veggie
Lightly marinated chicken breast, broiled and topped with sauteed mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and our homemade pesto. Served open-faced on a whole wheat bun topped with Swiss cheese.
Halibut Sandwich
Fresh halibut, lightly breaded, served on a sesame bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles. With a side of our homemade roasted pepper tartar sauce.
Dinner Entrée
Peppered Steak on Soba Noodles
Marinated flank steak broiled to order, served on a bed of soba noodles tossed with mushrooms, onions, red & green peppers (spicy).
Mess-O-Chops
Thinly sliced, lightly marinated pork chops, charbroiled and served on a large bed of fries, smothered in molasses.
In-House Brews
Fiegwild
Our English-style pale ale. Copper/orange colored with a beautiful floral hop aroma, Fieg is aggressively hopped using Willamette, Cascade and Cluster hops, and is a favorite among Hollow Heads as well as your traveling show bands and the occasional caravan or roving gypsies.
Doolie's
Named after my horse (he’s about the same color), Doolie's is a dark ale with ruby red overtones which show up if you hold it to the light (the beer, not the horse). Slightly roasted flavor profile and the darker color comes from the use of three different specialty malts that are roasted in varying degrees, to stringent specifications
Spoon Tongue
Quench that powerful thirst! This light ale is hopped exclusively with Willamette Hops. Smooth, clean and never bitter.
Berry Good Wheat
This is a great example of why we never filter our beers. We prefer to leave the flavor in the glass, not the filter! Berry Good Wheat is very cloudy and slightly pink with the tang of fresh berries. We usually use raspberries but we reserve the right to experiment with this seasonal favorite.
